From a stage for undiscovered talent to a creative social enterprise

The Underdogs Stage CIC is a creative community organisation dedicated to supporting emerging artists and young people through creativity, opportunity and expression. Originally founded as a platform for upcoming and undiscovered artists to perform and showcase their talent, The Underdogs Stage has grown into a wider creative and community-focused organisation delivering events, workshops and development programmes across London. Through live showcases, creative collaboration and youth-focused initiatives such as Next Gen, we create safe, inspiring spaces where individuals can build confidence, express themselves and access new opportunities. Our work sits at the intersection of creativity, community and personal development — using music, discussion and creative engagement to support both artistic growth and emotional wellbeing. We partner with artists, schools, alternative provision settings, youth organisations and community groups to deliver experiences that are impactful, inclusive and culturally relevant. Whether on stage, in a workshop or within a community space, our mission is simple: empower people through creativity, and provide platforms where voices can be heard and potential can be developed.
